The Decoupage Popper Pad has been designed to complement Pollyanna Pickering’s Sketch Book Chapter IV Woodland Birds Collection, and can be used by crafters in two ways, giving you more scope to be creative!
Each sheet can be used as a single topper or, if two or more sheets are used, they can be used as decoupage sheets.
80 sheets are included in total, so there's plenty for you to get crafting with, and multiple copies of each design are included, so you can create co-ordinating projects with ease.
