A complete kitchen composter that is compact and yet allows 100% home composting - that means meat, fish, dairy produce and cooked food can all be turned into nutrient rich compost: waste which a traditional composter cannot tackle. The magic ingredient Bokashi, is a mixed culture of naturally occurring micro-friendly organisms which ferments the waste into liquid plant feed or it can be poured down drains to prevent odour and algae.
