Ordering from outside the UK
Postage will automatically be calculated for your order at checkout. Smaller items will be sent via Airmail, all other items will be sent using Parcelforce's 48 hour service.
For large orders weighing more than 30 kilos you will be asked to contact us at email@example.com for a quote.
It is very rare in our experience for parcels to be intercepted by customs, but if this does happen you may have to pay local duties.
We guarantee that if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and return the item concerned in a clean and resalable condition within 28 days of receipt, your money will be refunded. All queries and complaints will be dealt with speedily and generously. We recommend that you use the following procedure for any returns:
- Fill out the returns form enclosed with your order indicating whether you would like an exchange or a refund;
- Attach the label provided on the despatch note/invoice. Please call us if you need a replacement form;
- Please take your parcel to your nearest post office – we recommend that you send returns by registered post. Please always obtain proof of postage when returning a parcel.
